NON-AUDITIONED Choirs

Northwest Girlchoir is looking for more singers to join us for our 2024-25 choir year! Learn more about our programs for singers entering Grades 1-4.
  • Liebe & Yǒu Yì rehearse one day per week.
  • All rehearsals take place at North Seattle Church.
  • Rehearsals begin in September and end in June.

Choristers in Liebe learn the fundamentals of choral singing, focusing on rhythm, pitch, and basic ensemble skills. Through song, game, and dance in rehearsals and concerts, Liebe Choristers enjoy an engaging atmosphere that builds a foundation as they grow through Northwest Girlchoir. With opportunities to perform on their own and with older singers, choristers also gain confidence singing on stage and connecting with the audience.

In Yǒu Yì, choristers learn healthy vocal technique, music notation, and increased rhythm and pitch accuracy by learning and performing unison and simple two-part choral music.

*Current families receive registration instruction via email.
