VISITING DAYS
Students in grades 1-6 are invited to join one of Northwest Girlchoir's choirs for a free class Monday, October 19 - Wednesday, October 21, Monday, October 26 or Tuesday, October 27!
It's a great chance to see what singing in a treble-voiced choir is all about! We welcome girls and gender expansive youth, fostering inclusivity and diversity within our community.
Why We Dream
LUMA presents WHY WE DREAM, premiering at Benaroya Hall in Seattle on Friday, November 13, 2026. It will be an immersive musical journey into our dreams, why they exist, what they can mean, and how they collide with our waking lives. Performed by the NW Symphony Orchestra and Seattle choirs, including NWGC.
Songs to Share
Join our 1st and 2nd grade singers as they invite you “behind the scenes” to see our process of nurturing confident singers, skilled musicians, and expressive performers on Wednesday, November 18, 2026! Choristers will demonstrate the activities, games, songs, and dances that make up their rehearsals each week.

NWGC teaches its choristers to be “expert noticers;” when we slow down, we recognize that it is easy to find beauty and meaning in our everyday experiences. Join us for a concert that showcases musical compositions that amplify and enhance poetic wisdom from a variety of times and places.

We spent the year exploring American music and values, dreams, and poetic wisdom - now we turn to the work. How do we help one another? What does it take to build a better world? What does community look like? We close our year with an exploration of how people join hands and hearts to build, to support, and to celebrate.
Summer Camp
Enjoy a week of camp activities that celebrate creativity Monday, July 19 - Friday, July 23, 2027!
Campers will sing in a choir and can choose from a list of classes that includes art, dance, musical games, improvisation, and more! Campers will interact each day with professional arts educators as well as NWGC alum/high school mentors. For rising 2nd-5th graders, including girls and gender expansive youth.
